One-On-One Sessions

Individual sessions are a great way to promote the longevity of an active mind and body. Reset can come to you in person or via Skype. You have the option to work together once or multiple times.

A TYPICAL FIRST SESSION INCLUDES

  1.  Initial consultation: We’ll identify your goals, pinpoint problem areas, and talk about what we can achieve.
  2. Customization: Based on the consultation, we’ll create a custom kit of self-tuning techniques that cater to your specific needs.
  3. Guidance: One and a half hours of personalized instruction.
  4. Follow-Up: A minimum of one month of follow up support.
  5. Materials: Print, PDF, and audio versions of Reset’s Foundation Stretches Booklet to use as reference as you continue to incorporate the stretches into your habits so you can learn them inside and out.

Group Workshops

Reset can come to your classroom, office, or conference. The structure of our workshops is tailored to suit your group’s needs. They can be one-time workshops or a bundle of multiple sessions.
